The Features of Automatic 4 Heads Plastic Round Bottle Can Aluminium Roll Film Foil Induction Sealing Sealer Machine

1. This machine applies optical, electric and air integration design, features compact structure, beautiful appearance and sealing, high efficiency, simple operation and easy maintenance. Filling with weighing and rejrct, which can improve the accuracy of filling weight and is suitable for high-value products.

2. The heat sealing head and bottle clip device have specially made according the customer's bottles size, full automatic solution, to realize feeding, weighing, filling,servo capping,foil sealing, labeling. 

3. The machine can be controlled through the touch screen, about 30 bottles/minute.



Work Flow:1. This machine is mainly consist of frame, film sending device, film recycle device, heat sealing head, bottle sending and stucking device, electric and pneumatic control box. 
2. Working as heat sealing principle, the film is set by film sending device to guide wheel, then  positioning wheel, then to film recycle device.
3. The heat sealing head and bottle clip device have specially made according the customer's bottles size full automatic solution.
4. The entire procedure drived by gear motor and pulley, sending film and recycling film automatically by electric and pneumatic control. 
5. The bottle will transferred by the conveyor, when the bottled was transferred to the special position where there will have photoelectric sensitive switch to test the signal. When there is signal, the bottle stucking air cylinder will pull out to stop the bottle, then sealing automatically. 
6. After sealing finished, the bottle stucking air cylinder will pull in to proceed the next sealing procedure.
