Feature

1. Place the electromagnetic induction aluminum foil sealing machine flat on the stable table, and plug in the 220 V Power supply;

2. Put the bottle to be sealed flat on the conveyor belt, adjust the lifting hand wheel, so that the bottle to be sealed can just pass through the bottom of the sealing head.
 

3. Generally, the distance between the bottle cap and the sealing mouth should not be more than 5mm, and the distance between the large diameter bottle and the sealing head should be 8mm. The larger the distance between the sealing mouth and the power, the weaker the power and the bigger the bottle mouth;

 

4. Turn the "belt adjustment" system, and the conveyor belt runs. First, check whether the bottle can pass smoothly from the bottom of the sealing head;

 

5. In order to stablilize the sealing quality, the bottle must be adjusted to pass through the center of the sealing head (Note: because the thickness of each cap is different, the working time should be relatively extended with the thickness of the cap).
