N95 mask laminating machine is a full-automatic machine for kn95 mask automatic production. Using ultrasonic technology, 3-5 layers of PP non-woven fabric, activated carbon and filter materials are bonded, and the folding mask body is cut. With semi-automatic edge banding machine and kn95 ear belt machine, kn95 mask can be put into production quickly. The biggest feature of this machine is not to stop working, driven by high-speed servo motor, accurate alignment. The equipment has short production cycle, simple operation and can be put into production quickly. The equipment can realize the main body welding of the mask piece and the internal nose beam strip.

2.Computer PLC programming control, servo control, high degree of automation, high output, good stability; 3.Photoelectric (optical fiber) detection of raw materials to avoid mistakes and reduce waste, the main conveyor belt adopts single-phase motor transmission, step motor turnover; high productivity, up to 50 pieces per minute, daily output up to 60000 pieces (24h production); Built in alarm chip, when the equipment is abnormal or short of material, the machine will automatically stop and alarm, and the screen will guide to deal with the abnormal quickly.

Application:

This machine is mainly used for the automatic forming of face masкs. The entire roll of fabric is driven by rollers after unwinding. The fabric is automatic bending, hemming, the nose strip is cut automatic and then passed through the ultrasonic sealing fabric. The masк fabric with nose strip sealing parts will be cut and formed by a cutter. The whole process is automatically controlled. Only one person is required to operate this machine. The scientific and reasonable mechanical transmission configuration makes this machine extremely efficient. The special welding wheel and cutter wheel design have good abrasion resistance and greatly increase the service life of the product.
