Feature

1. The roller is made of soft silica gel, which has no scratch on the product and the label is firmly attached;

2. The front and back of the conveyor belt are equipped with ball transition mechanism, which can avoid bottle dumping and overstock, and imporve the transmission efficiency;

3. Imported electrical components are used to improve the stabililty of the equipment;

 

 

4. Support head mechanism, use triangle fixed bar support, improve equipment stability;

 

5. The traction mechanism of the equipment label feeder is a diamond friction wheel, which greatly improves the friction force when pulling the label and improves the labeling accuracy. In the labeling process, the brake mechanism of the unwinding disc adopts the cam mechanism principle to ensure the constant tension of the label and greatly improve the labeling accuracy and stability.
