Description

This production line is a fully automatic one-to-two mask machine, one body machine drives two ear band machines. After the main body machine outputs the mask body, the mask body sheet is conveyed to the turning mechanism by the conveyor belt structure, and the mask plate is turned to the conveyor belt connected to the ear band machine through the turning mechanism, and then the mask sheet is conveyed to the ear band machine through the conveyor On the front of the first mask plate, finally, the mask sheet is placed into the mask plate of the ear band machine by pressing down by the air cylinder. The ear band machine then completes the welding of the ear band of the mask, edging, etc. to complete an ear band mask. Production of products.

Features
1.The top layer, filter layer, and bottom layer of three rolls of fabric are automatically aligned and fed.The two sides are continuously rolled by the ultrasonic system.The nose clip is automatically cut & fed into the underlying fabric, and the first step of pressing and merging is cut into a single fabric at the same time;
2.After the lamination is completed, the conveying line is sent into two automatic welding ear belt devices in a one-to-two manner;
3.The earband is automatically welded through automatic cutting, clamping, handling and positioning, and ultrasonic welding.
4.After the welding, the mask will automatically goes to the next process.
